We offer options for your preferred practice style, providing either traditional single-column hygiene or an accelerated assisted hygiene model . If you choose our assisted model, you will have dedicated dental assistant support to manage room turnaround, x-rays, polishing and charting, allowing you to focus purely on clinical care and maximizing your production potential. Option A:
Competitive hourly base pay + performance bonuses on ancillary services (e.g., sealants, fluoride, laser).
Option B:
40% of production (optimized for high earning potential, especially within our assisted-hygiene workflow).
