Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Full-Time or Part-Time

Southbridge Dentistry is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a fast-paced, team-oriented office that values communication, teamwork, and creating a great experience for both our patients and our team members. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, educating and encouraging healthy habits, and being part of an office where everyone works together and supports one another. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and preventive care Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations Review and update medical histories and patient records Take diagnostic radiographs as needed Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient clinical workflow Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Help create a comfortable and positive patient experience Qualifications Active Colorado RDH license Strong communication and patient education skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Dentrix is a plus What We Offer Supportive and collaborative team environment Loyal and established patient base Modern technology and systems Flexible scheduling options Full-time or part-time opportunities PTO Medical benefits 401(k) Continuing education support Compensation $58-$65/hour depending on experience If you're looking for an office where you can feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work each day, we would love to meet you!
