Courtesy Family Dental is a growing, doctor-owned private practice in Louisville, Colorado, and we're looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive team. We believe great dentistry comes from giving our providers the time, autonomy, and support they need to take great care of patients — not from rushing through an overloaded schedule. We're open to both full-time and part-time candidates and can offer flexibility in building the right schedule. What your schedule looks like We intentionally provide adequate time for patient care: 60 minutes for adult recall appointments 90 minutes for new-patient hygiene appointments 90 minutes for two-quadrant SRP appointments Dedicated time for periodontal therapy and patient education No weekend hours Predictable scheduling in an established, growing practice Compensation $63-$70+ per hour , based on experience and schedule Opportunity for production-based bonuses Continuing-education opportunities Additional benefits available based on full-time/part-time status Why hygienists enjoy working here Private, doctor-owned practice. You'll have appropriate appointment lengths to educate patients and provide thorough treatment. Clinical autonomy. We trust our hygienists' clinical judgment and encourage them to be active participants in periodontal diagnosis, prevention, and treatment planning. Modern, comprehensive dentistry. Our practice provides preventive, restorative, endodontic, implant, surgical, and clear-aligner treatment, allowing our hygiene team to be an important part of comprehensive patient care. What you'll do Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform periodontal charting and comprehensive patient assessments Take diagnostic radiographs Educate patients about periodontal health, home care, and preventive treatment Identify and communicate changes in patients' oral health Collaborate closely with our doctors on diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain thorough clinical documentation in Open Dental Help us continue improving our hygiene and periodontal program What we're looking for Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and patient-education skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Commitment to high-quality patient care Interest in continued clinical growth and learning Experience is welcome, but we're also happy to meet newer hygienists who are motivated to learn and looking for the right long-term practice.
