Compensation and Growth We offer competitive compensation and flexible pay options designed to support the right candidate: $45-$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications; or An hourly base wage plus 15-30% commission structure, with specific terms discussed during the interview Additional production incentives and professional-development opportunities may be available.
