From the doctors, to the hygienists to our assistants and Administrative staff, we pride ourselves on treating everyone like family and developing a real genuine connection with our patients and fostering long-lasting relationships. We are currently seeking a full time hygienist for our West Hartford Office. This special person will join a team built on supporting one another, headed by doctors who are always learning and evolving with the times, to stay on the cutting edge of the dental profession. Our state-of-the-art facility and advanced technology make us stand out, but its our service and attention to detail that promotes our exceptional reputation. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, provides high-quality care, enjoys building strong patient relationships, and is looking for a long-term position with a practice they can grow with.
Technology Our office uses:
- Eaglesoft
- iTero digital scanner
- Nomad handheld X-ray system
- Pearl AI
- Pearl Voice for clinical documentation and chart notes Experience with iTero, Nomad, or our other technology is helpful but not required. We are happy to train someone who is comfortable learning new systems. Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for a hygienist who is:
- Licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Connecticut
- Warm, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients
- Clinically thorough and detail-oriented
- Passionate about patient education and preventive care
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable working with patients of different ages and personalities
- A positive and cooperative team member
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn
- Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and coworkers Certified to administer local anesthetic Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM No weekends Benefits Include
