Registered Dental Hygienist - Part-Time / Flexible Schedule We are a privately owned, non-corporate dental practice looking for a friendly, dependable dental hygienist to join our team. We currently have openings on Monday, Thursday, and Friday . We are happy to hire one hygienist for all three days or more than one hygienist if you are only looking for one or two days per week .

Pay:

$51/hour Our office is focused on providing high-quality dentistry in a comfortable, low-stress environment for both our patients and our staff. What you won't have to worry about here: Production quotas or daily production goals Commission-based compensation Selling products or merchandise Pressuring patients into treatment Being expected to upsell procedures We want our hygienists to focus on taking good care of their patients, educating them, and providing thorough hygiene care.

Responsibilities include:

Routine prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Periodontal charting and assessment Taking digital radiographs Patient education and preventive care Maintaining accurate clinical notes Working with the doctors and rest of the team to provide high-quality patient care We are looking for someone who is: Licensed as a dental hygienist in Connecticut Reliable and professional Friendly and comfortable communicating with patients Clinically thorough without feeling rushed or pressured Interested in being part of a stable private practice rather than a production-driven environment We have a great patient base, an experienced team, and doctors who want the office to be an enjoyable place to work.

Monday, Thursday, and/or

Friday Pay:
