We are looking for the best and brightest Hygienists who share in our passion for serving our patients and communities.

At A Glance:

• $50-53 per hour
• Eligible to earn monthly bonus
• Ability to work 4-5 days per week (including evenings and weekends)

Location:

Jacksonville, Florida 32210 Responsibilities

• Educate and consult patients, discussing treatment needs and presenting treatment plans
• Consistently maintain a daily hygiene schedule of 6-9 patients
• Manage unscheduled list, treatment pending, missed appointments and next visit scheduling to meet standard of care
• Accurately and efficiently chart existing and future treatment needs
• Follow office procedures for patient referrals
• Work as a team to comply with OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
• Sterilize and maintain hygiene instrumentation and equipment
• Obtain patient demographics, medical history and vitals
• Obtain series of needs intra/extra-oral photos and/or radiographs
• Document clear and thorough clinical notes Qualifications
• 2+ years as a hygienist
• Gentle and empathetic chair-side manners
• Interpersonal Skills
• Team player and communication
• Experience with digital radiography
• Prior experience with implant dentistry is a plus
• Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred) Credentials
• Current Florida RDH License (Required)
• Current and/or willing to be certified BLS
• Weekend availability generally required
• Anesthesia Certification preferred, not required Benefits
