Enter and review treatment plans in Dentrix for accuracy. Work with the clinical team to confirm procedures and dental codes before presenting costs. Track case acceptance, scheduled treatment, and follow-up results.

MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN DENTISTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION

. Qualifications Dental treatment coordination experience required. Strong working knowledge of Dentrix and dental procedure coding required. Ability to explain treatment and financial options with confidence and empathy. Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills. Bilingual English and Spanish . Performance expectations This is a performance based role. Success will be measured by treatment plan accuracy, timely patient follow-up, case acceptance, and scheduled treatment.
