Dental Hygiene Coach

DCA is seeking a knowledgeable, motivational, and proactive Dental Hygiene Coach to join our team in Florida supporting the 15 local offices. The Dental Hygiene Coach will be responsible for training and supporting dental hygienists, helping them optimize patient care, refine their techniques, and enhance their professional skills. This role combines clinical expertise, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure that our dental teams deliver consistent patient care and maintain the highest standards of practice. • 108,000 + bonus on a monthly and quarterly basis! Schedule
• Monday through Thursday in office and Friday is remote!
