General Dental Practice | Up to $30/hr Are you an experienced Treatment Coordinator who loves helping patients move forward with treatment while building lasting relationships? What You'll Do:

Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and compassion Discuss treatment options, financing, and high-dollar case acceptance Verify dental insurance benefits and provide accurate patient estimates Coordinate patient care from consultation through treatment completion Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding dental needs Build trust and rapport with patients while delivering an exceptional experience Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support practice goals Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with scheduling and overall patient flow as needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordinating experience preferred Understanding of dental insurance verification and benefits preferred Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Kind, compassionate, and patient-focused personality Team player who enjoys contributing to a positive office culture Comfortable discussing larger treatment plans and financial arrangements Open Dental experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 3 Day Weekends!
