Dental Hygienist — Join Our Private Practice Family We are a privately owned general dentistry practice seeking a skilled, personable Florida-licensed Dental Hygienist to join our small, professional team. We offer a friendly, hometown atmosphere where we value our patients, build lasting relationships, and support one another. What We Offer No weekends or evenings Typical hours: 8:15 AM-5:00 PM 12-1 PM lunch break Well-planned, reasonable patient schedule Performance-based bonuses PTO Paid training and select certification opportunities Free dental care for employees Discounted care for immediate family Supportive doctor and management Independent work environment with no micromanagement Opportunities for professional growth and expanded office experience Your Role Provide quality preventive and periodontal care, including: Prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance Digital radiographs Accurate restorative and periodontal charting Children's prophys, fluoride treatments, and sealants Patient education and oral health guidance Building strong relationships with patients Working closely with the dentist and assisting when needed What We're Looking For Florida-licensed Dental Hygienist who is: Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Proficient in Eaglesoft or willing to learn Positive, personable, and patient-focused A strong team player who can also work independently Adaptable and eager to learn and grow Committed to providing excellent patient care Work alongside a supportive dentist and experienced team while continuing to build your clinical and practice knowledge.
