The ideal candidate will provide exceptional preventative dental care, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed Conduct oral health assessments and screen for dental issues Take and interpret dental X-Rays Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized work environment Schedule 3 Days per week (Saturday must be one of them) Flexible weekday scheduling based on practice needs Qualifications Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Bilingual proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish is highly preferred Minimum of 1-2 years or experience as a dental hygienist (new graduates with strong clinical training considered) Flexibility to work evening hours as needed Excellent communication and patient-centered interpersonal skills Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to modernsmiledesign@gmail.com or apply directly through Indeed.
