We are primarily looking for a lead-caliber hygienist who is clinically strong, independent, organized, and enjoys taking ownership of the hygiene experience while working closely with the doctor and team.

SCHEDULE

Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00

PM Primary Location:

South Tampa Dental Studio Occasional coverage at our other locations in South Tampa or Lutz may be needed based on practice needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Current Florida Dental Hygiene License Experienced hygienist with strong clinical skills Lead-level mindset and confidence Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the hygiene schedule Excellent periodontal assessment and treatment-planning skills Strong patient education and communication skills Comfortable discussing recommended care with patients Reliable, organized, and proactive Professional with a positive, team-oriented attitude Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Experience with iTero or TRIOS intraoral scanning preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform thorough periodontal assessments Educate patients about their oral health and recommended treatment Take necessary X-rays and diagnostic images Perform iTero/TRIOS scans as needed Identify areas of concern and communicate findings effectively with the doctor Maintain accurate clinical documentation Help maintain an efficient, productive hygiene schedule Work collaboratively with the doctor and dental team Help uphold clinical standards and a consistent patient experience
