Must be a team player with excellent communication skills. The RDH candidate must perform the following duties on a daily basis. This is a basic description, and duties are not limited to the following:

• Provide a high quality of patient care.
• Educate and reinforce oral hygiene skills with patients.
• Maintain instruments in good working condition with proper sterilization.
• Provide thorough charting on every patient.
• Take radiographs when needed.
• Keep all working areas clean and organized
• Be willing to help other staff members if/when possible.
• Be punctual and dependable.

Hourly pay based on hygiene experience and qualifications. No need to sell any products but recommend to offer Fluoride treatment. Usually 1 hour per patient for prophy, periodontal maintenance, SRP. Mon ~

Wed:

8 am ~ 5 pm with 1 hour lunch

Thur:

Once a month 8 am ~ 5pm with 1 hour lunch We use Patterson Eaglesoft practice management program with digital X-rays.
