Job Summary:
Professionally and compassionately performs routine Front Office responsiblities and TMS/Esketamine Treatments and act as a liaison for our specialty services patients. Primary Responsibilities Primary Front Office Coordinator Secondary TMS/Esketamine technician Manage all patient schedule Manage supplies and inventory Keep treatment rooms clean and organized.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
  • Support TMS/Esketamine coordinator and work collaboratively with them to ensure excellent patient care and experience is given.
  • Support Front Office by making patient calls, answering phone calls, and collecting co-payment.
  • Assist with prior authorization for TMS/Esketamine patients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
1.
Certified Medical Assistant Experience:
  • Minimum of one-year experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Minimum two-year experience as medical office receptionist/front desk
  • Robust knowledge of electronic health record systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
Skills Required:
  • Communicate using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Communicate most common insurance plans to patients
  • Type 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Efficiently use browsers and web-based software
  • Operate office equipment including computers, printers, tablets, phones, and TV's
  • Setup and troubleshoot Zoom telemedicine app
  • Deescalate and handle stressful situations, violent and suicidal patients
  • Identify most common psychiatric drugs & controlled substances
  • Certified in
CPR & BLS
  • Perform wellness checks

  • Remain calm and positive with difficult patients
  • Follow documented processes and provide input to increase efficiency
  • Communicate maturely and professionally with all team members and patients
  • Adjust with the changing needs of the business

  • Bring solutions with every problem
Physical/Mental Demands:
Varied activities including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting. Requires full range of body motion, may include lifting or handling patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Must be able to use a variety of office equipment. May require occasionally lifting and carrying files up to 50 pounds. May require working under stressful conditions.
Environmental/Working Conditions:
Well-lit and ventilated medical office and treatment room environment. Work may be stressful due to a busy office. Involves frequent contact with staff and patients and possible exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
