About Us Artistic Smiles of Dublin is a well-established and highly regarded dental practice in Dublin, GA. We are searching for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care to our loyal and growing patient base. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused hygienist who is passionate about oral health and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help create a comfortable, positive dental experience. Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed. Take digital radiographs and intraoral images. Screen for periodontal disease and document clinical findings. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations. Administer local anesthesia and other hygiene-related procedures as permitted by Georgia law. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines. Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Georgia. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong knowledge of preventive and periodontal dentistry. Experience taking digital radiographs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Experience with Dentrix is preferred. #RDH1
