Job Description
Role:
Dental Hygienist responsible for providing quality, compassionate dental care and supporting office operations.Key Duties:
Deliver patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options. Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and assist with charting and documentation. Take x-rays, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide patients through treatments for a positive experience. Support team collaboration and uphold company standards and government regulations.Qualifications and Skills:
Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on assessment. Passion for working with children (majority of patients). Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.Additional Information:
