Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist! Are you a dedicated dental hygienist looking to be part of an innovative and community-focused practice? We are in search of a passionate professional to join our team in a part-time capacity. Our private dental practice thrives on delivering exceptional care for the entire family while specializing in high-end restorative and esthetic dentistry. Working as a dental hygienist with us means being part of a supportive and passionate team that values both clinical excellence and genuine compassion. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy and collaboration with our multi-doctor environment, where discussing cases and actively participating in patient care is highly encouraged. Your skills in patient care, oral hygiene education, and use of piezo/cavitron and other dental technologies will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care. We understand the importance of fostering a positive work environment, which is why we prioritize team-driven collaboration and respect. Our office is designed to be modern and inviting, providing exceptional dentistry to our patients in a private practice setting. We also have therapy dogs to encourage patients and brighten the day. This position provides the flexibility you need, allowing you to see one patient at a time with hygiene assistant support. You'll benefit from a flexible schedule, no weekends, guaranteed hours when there are cancellations, monthly & quarterly production bonus, compelling compensation structure, along with benefits such as life insurance, health insurance, retirement benefits with 2% company match, paid time off and Holiday pay.

  • Annual Pay Range: $83,200
  • $93,600
  • Hourly Pay Range: $40
  • $45•$3,000 sign on bonus•monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus incentives•Flexible schedule: up to 4 days/week, no weekends; 60min recall, 120min NP/SRP•Modern op setup, digital Xrays; hygiene assistant support•
