Job Description

Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Des Moines ! What is a community health center (FQHC)? The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details:
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Full time position: 32 hours per week Sees on average 8 patients per day Provider team includes: 2 full-time Dentists, 1 full-time Hygienist, & 4
Dental Assistants Operatories/Exam Rooms:
8 operatories with 2 for hygiene

Competitive Salary :
$57,440-$86,160 depending on experience
Licensing and Professional Subscriptions:
