Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. NO Fridays! Our office recently transitioned from a DSO to private ownership, and we're focused on building a practice that prioritizes quality patient care, long-term relationships and a positive work environment. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who wants to grow with a practice while enjoying a calm, supportive atmosphere without the pressure of a high volume environment and hitting the numbers. One doctor practice Your own designated hygiene op Patient focused and relationship based care Benefits Package Direct deposit payroll (paid every other Friday) 401(k) Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) 6 Major Holidays paid Paid Time Off (PTO) Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification. Proficiency in dental software Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy related to oral health. Expertise in infection control practices, including healthcare infection prevention and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about dental care. Ability to perform detailed patient assessments, take accurate X-rays, and operate dental equipment confidently. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
