Starting at $38 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunitiesPerks & Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities Deliver outstanding patient care with a warm, compassionate chairside manner Educate patients on oral hygiene, dental health, and treatment options to support long-term care Review and update patient health histories, medications, and conditions; accurately document all findings in patient records Perform comprehensive hygiene procedures, including diagnostic X-rays, prophylaxis (adult and child), non-surgical periodontal therapy, adjunctive treatments, and co-diagnosis with the doctor Complete periodontal charting per clinical guidelines Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Administer local anesthetic as needed Perform polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings Utilize intraoral cameras to enhance patient education and treatment planning Clean, sterilize, and prepare operatories and equipment following proper protocols Collaborate effectively with the entire dental team and assist with front office responsibilities when neededQualifications & Requirements Education:
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene programLicensure:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in theState of Illinois Certifications:
Current CPR certification required Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong teamwork and organizational abilities Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity Proficient with dental software and technology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentINDHRDH01
