•2:00 PM Two Saturdays per month All shifts are worked at our Romeoville location. Position Summary As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health through preventative care, education, and collaboration with our clinical team. You'll work closely with our doctors to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive environment where your expertise is valued. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal screenings Take and evaluate dental radiographs Review and update medical and dental histories Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventative therapies as appropriate Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines Collaborate with doctors to develop individualized treatment plans and co-diagnose patient needs Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while creating an outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, radiography, and infection control standards Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional patient care Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team About Romeoville Dental Center Romeoville Dental Center is an established, community-focused practice dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier smiles through personalized, high-quality care.
