Dental Hygienist (Part-Time or Full-Time) Who We Are Skip the corporate fluff. We are Glendale Family Dentistry, a privately owned practice in a standalone building in the vibrant Broad Ripple/Glendale area. Led by Dr. Danielle Kluttz, Dr. Rich Berry, and a fantastic part-time associate Dr. Samantha Shuttleworth, we are building a modern, energetic, and highly positive environment. The Clinical Reality We know what matters most to your day-to-day comfort and success.

Here is how we practice:

The Time:

You won't be rushed. We schedule 60 minutes for adult prophys, 90 minutes for new patient comprehensive exams, and dedicate extra time for SRPs.

The Tools:

Our office has a fully digital flow. Each operatory has its own computer, intraoral camera, and large monitor for patients. Eaglesoft is our practice management software. We have an iTero scanner available for use as a patient education tool when needed.

The Instruments:

We have brand new cavitron units and brand new scalers. We also use a professional sharpening service.

The Autonomy:

We respect a hygienist's experience and like to empower our hygienists to co-diagnose, educate, and manage periodontal health alongside the doctors. You can of course lean on the doctors when needed.

The Patients:

You will see a fantastic mix of young professionals from Broad Ripple and established older individuals from the nearby Meridian Hills neighborhood. We are exclusively a PPO and Fee-For-Service (FFS) practice, which allows us to maintain a manageable pace focused entirely on quality, relationship-based care rather than high-volume turnover.

Pay, Schedule & Perks Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a bonus when the office hits our team goals.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Flexibility:

We are open to finding the perfect schedule for you, whether that is Full-Time or Part-Time. We can also try to be flexible with the hours that work best for you.

PTO:

2 weeks paid time off annually (for Full-Time). Paid holidays when the holiday falls on a day the office is usually open. 401k with matching for full time employees.

CE:

If there is something you think will add value to the practice we are happy to financially support the endeavor. What You Need Active Indiana Registered/Licensed Dental Hygienist certification and current CPR certification. New grads are encouraged to apply! We have no minimum experience requirement.
