Job Description
We are looking for an amazing Treatment Coordinator to assist our patients to get the care they need! Core Competencies:
- Prior dental office and treatment presentation experience is a must
- Familiarity with comprehensive dental treatment including All-on-X, full mouth rehabilitation, clear aligner treatment, sleep apnea treatment preferred
- Competency in patient financing
- CPR Certification
- Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
Essential Functions:
- Coordination of multi-disciplinary treatment plans
- Advocate for patients to find ways to fit needed treatment into their life
- Impeccable organization for record keeping
- A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for guests of our practice
- Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
- Ability to speak in patient friendly terms about financing options
