Dental Hygienist•Full-Time (Start Date•February 1st) Webster Family Dentistry | Independence, KS We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are preferential to a full-time applicant, but potentially part time for the right person. More Than a Hygiene Position Our hygienists are truly the face of our practice . You will see patients more consistently, spend more time with the entirety of our patient population, and build strong long-term relationships. The rapport between a hygienist/patient is essential to our practice. Because of that, this position has an enormous impact on how our patients view our practice and the quality of care they receive. We have high standards for this position. We are looking for someone who understands that excellent dental hygiene is only part of the job. Equally important is the ability to make patients feel comfortable, cared for, educated, and confident in our team. Provides excellent, thorough, patient-centered clinical care. Builds genuine relationships with patients and remembers that every interaction represents our practice.
