The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering comprehensive treatment. Duties Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth. Assess patients' oral health by taking vital signs and reviewing medical history. Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture X-rays and other diagnostic images. Document patient information accurately in Dentrix software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before patient discharge. Requirements Valid certification as a Dental Hygienist from an accredited program. Proficiency in using Dentrix software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
