• Join Our Growing Private Practice Miller Lung Dental Group is expanding our hygiene team and looking for a caring, skilled, and clinically driven Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established private dental practice in Attleboro, MA.

We are open to both full-time and part-time hygienists and are happy to discuss a schedule that works well for the right candidate. Our practice has an established and loyal patient base, experienced doctors, and a supportive clinical team. We value hygienists who take the time to understand their patients' needs and provide thorough, individualized care. You should be comfortable with comprehensive preventive and periodontal care and enjoy working collaboratively with doctors and the rest of the dental team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care Perform periodontal assessments and periodontal charting Identify and provide appropriate periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing (SRP) and periodontal maintenance Take digital dental radiographs Provide fluoride treatments and other preventive services when clinically appropriate Educate patients regarding oral health and individualized home care Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Communicate findings and concerns effectively with the dentist Help patients understand recommended preventive and periodontal treatment Follow infection-control and OSHA standards Work collaboratively with doctors, dental assistants, and front-office team members to provide an excellent patient experience Qualifications Current Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for Massachusetts licensure (Rhode Island license is a plus) Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Excellent clinical and periodontal skills Strong communication and patient-education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply , but we are also happy to meet an exceptional newer hygienist who is clinically motivated and shares our philosophy of patient care.
