We prioritize 60-minute recall appointments, giving our hygienists the time to provide thorough clinical care, educate patients, and build meaningful relationships with the people they treat. Key Responsibilities Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance Take digital radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Document clinical findings, notes, and treatment accurately Maintain infection control and sterilization standards Collaborate with doctors and the dental team to provide excellent patient care What We're Looking For Active Massachusetts RDH license required Current CPR certification HIPAA and OSHA training/compliance Eaglesoft experience a plus — we're happy to train the right candidate Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused Positive, professional attitude What We Offer Starting at $60/hour, based on experience Part-time or full-time schedule Monday-Thursday Paid time off Health insurance for full-time employees Modern office and technology Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity to work in a practice that prioritizes quality patient care over rushing through appointments
