Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing as needed Take digital radiographs Conduct oral health assessments and document findings Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting treatment needs Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software Follow OSHA and CDC infection control and sterilization protocols Deliver outstanding patient care with a friendly, compassionate approach Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Massachusetts Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset New graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible part-time schedule Supportive and experienced dental team Modern office with updated technology Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Why Join Our Team?
