Job Description
Overview Baystate Dental is now hiring Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates for our Dental Hygiene Pathway Program throughout Massachusetts, including Springfield, Holyoke, Greenfield, and Westfield. If you are currently in hygiene school, preparing for boards, waiting on licensure, or recently graduated, this program was designed specifically to help you transition confidently into your career as a Dental Hygienist. Many new grads worry about finding the right office, gaining real clinical experience, and feeling supported after graduation. Our Pathway Program gives you the opportunity to learn alongside experienced hygienists, doctors, and clinical leaders in a supportive, team-focused environment before stepping into a full-time hygiene role. - Work alongside experienced Dental Hygienists and doctors
- Learn clinical systems, patient care standards, and office workflows
- Assist with patient flow and operatory setup
- Build confidence in a real-world dental environment
- Develop relationships with patients and team members
- Participate in mentorship and training opportunities
- Prepare for a smooth transition into a licensed Dental Hygienist role Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Dental Hygiene program OR recently graduated
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Planning to obtain Dental Hygiene licensure in Massachusetts
