What Success Looks Like Our hygienist should be able to provide excellent clinical care while maintaining an efficient schedule and creating a positive experience for every patient. You'll play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health, recommended treatment, and the importance of continuing care. We want someone who is comfortable educating patients and helping them make informed decisions about their dental health.
