Registered Dental Hygienist Serenity Dental Retreat Halethorpe, MD Job Details Full-time $52 - $62 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist Full Job Description Registered Dental Hygienist Full-Time Serenity Dental Retreat is a newly established, modern, advanced general dental practice built on relationships, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient experiences. As our practice grows, we're looking for a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice full-time. We are not a "cookie-cutter" office — and we're not looking for a cookie-cutter dental hygienist. Our systems, standards, and patient experience go beyond what most practices do. That means we value teachable, growth-minded team members who are excited to learn new skills and expand their role. Experience is appreciated, but mindset matters more. Compensation increases as competencies grow. What We're Looking For:

You have: Current Registered Dental Hygienist Maryland license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong knowledge of periodontal health and preventative dentistry Knowledge of Dentrix (helpful) Excellent clinical and communication skills The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment The ability to integrate all moving parts of the clinical day You can: Provide thorough preventative and periodontal hygiene care Educate patients on oral health, home care, and disease prevention Take appropriate diagnostic records and dental radiographs while maintaining accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standard What Makes Us Different Relationship-driven patient care model Advanced clinical standards Team-first culture Modern technology and systems A practice philosophy rooted in integrity, kindness, clinical excellence and continuous learning If you're looking for more than "just a job" — if you want to grow, contribute, and be part of building something special — we'd love to meet you.
