Responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive dental hygiene examinations and treatment Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Scaling and root planing as indicated Taking and reviewing appropriate radiographs Providing oral hygiene instruction and individualized patient education Identifying periodontal and restorative concerns and communicating findings with the dentist Documenting treatment accurately in the patient record Educating patients about preventive care and maintaining optimal oral health Helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care We are looking for a hygienist who: Holds an active Maine Dental Hygiene license Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented Provides thorough, patient-centered care Enjoys educating patients and building genuine relationships Communicates effectively with patients and coworkers Is comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team Takes pride in maintaining a high standard of clinical care Is motivated to continue learning and growing professionally Experienced hygienists are preferred, but we are open to speaking with exceptional new graduates as well. $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
