Monday:

8:00 AM•6:00

PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Wednesday & Thursday:

8:00 AM•7:00 PM (6:00 PM June-August) 1-2 Fridays & Saturdays a month: 8:00 AM•1:00

PM Position Type:

Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered Schedule & Availability Needed Simony Dental Group is actively seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are also open to considering part-time candidates for the right fit. Monday availability is required and is our highest priority need. Additional scheduling is flexible and can be tailored based on full-time or part-time status.

Preferred availability includes:

Mondays (required) Additional weekdays (Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday) 1-2 Fridays and/or Saturdays a month (8:00 AM•1:00 PM) We are happy to discuss scheduling options with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities Provide thorough dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services like fluoride Take digital dental X-Rays and perform oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment Document clinical findings accurately and maintain organized patient charts Use Dentrix dental software for charting and scheduling Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures Deliver gentle, high-quality care and build strong patient relationships Communicate with the front desk regarding patient treatment plans Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan CPR certification required Experience with Dentrix dental software Experience in a general dentistry office and familiarity with dental office procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong motivation and reliable work ethic Software We Use Dentrix Adit Practice Management Software (phone & patient communication system) Dexis, iTero, Digital X-Rays Full-Time Benefits Medical insurance (paid in full by employer) In-house dental insurance for employee and up to 5 family members/friends (lab fees only) Paid time off (holiday pay, vacation pay, and sick pay) Monthly bonuses Why Join Simony Dental Group We are a privately owned family practice dedicated to prioritizing quality of care.
