Key Responsibilities Exceptional Patient Engagement:

Create a welcoming, comfortable, and soothing environment for every patient, addressing anxieties with empathy and gentle care.

Clinical Excellence:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal therapy (SRP), application of fluoride, and digital radiographs/scans.

Comprehensive Assessment:

Conduct detailed periodontal evaluations, oral cancer screenings, and review health histories.

Patient Education & Empowerment:

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the connection between oral and systemic health using visual aids and intraoral cameras.

Treatment Co-Diagnosis:

Collaborate with the Dentist to identify periodontal conditions and restorative needs, helping patients understand their treatment options.

Sterilization & Safety:

Maintain strict infection control standards, room turnaround, and instrument maintenance in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Local Anesthesia Certification Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong dedication to high-standard clinical care and continuous learning. Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus.
