Dental Hygienist (Private Practice) Job description: $40-$42/hour + benefits | 3-day workweek | No weekends or late nights Why hygienists choose this role 3 days/week No evenings or weekends Modern office in downtown Romeo Predictable, well-paced schedule (no rushing patients) We stay on time—no chronic running behind
Location:
Romeo, MI Please apply only if you are within reasonable commuting distance. Your schedule & workflow (what makes this job stand out)- 1-hour recall appointments
- 1.5 hours for new patients and SRP
- 40-50 minutes for pediatric patients
- Single-column, solo hygiene (no double booking)
- No overbooking—additional patients only added if there's a cancellation

- Preventive care, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
