Responsibilities Provide prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Demonstrate excellent sealant placement with an emphasis on long-term retention. Perform Kindergarten Oral Health Assessments (KOHA) as required. Educate children on proper oral hygiene using age-appropriate communication Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Work collaboratively with dentists, dental assistants, and school personnel. Qualifications Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist license. Strong preventive dentistry and emphasis on sealant placement skills. Experience working with children preferred. Professional, reliable, organized, and compassionate.
