What you will do:

Provide comprehensive preventative dental hygiene care, including dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, radiographs, fluoride treatment, and other services within the scope of your license. Perform thorough periodontal charting and identify changes in patients' oral health. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, periodontal health, and home-care techniques. Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients of all ages. Communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations effectively with patients and the dental team. Work closely with the dentist and dental assistants to provide coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Help create a positive, comfortable, and professional patient experience. Maintain a clen, organized and well-prepared treatment room What we are looking for: Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Michigan Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Friendly, caring and professional personality Dependable and committed to providing exceptional patient care Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Comfortable educating patients and discussing recommended prevention care Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive office culture.
