Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Family-Owned Dental Office Yale, MI We are a warm, family-owned dental practice in Yale, Michigan, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with patients and creating a friendly, supportive environment for our team. We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team and care for patients in our office. Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (3 days per week) (exact hours to be discussed) This part-time schedule offers excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in a smaller, community-focused practice. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take digital radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans Apply sealants and fluoride treatments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Michigan (required) Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and patient education skills Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for patient care New graduates are welcome to apply!
