Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) All About Dentistry - St.

Paul & Burnsville, MN Pay:

$60.00-$70.00 per hour (based on experience) $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Join a Team That Truly Values You All About Dentistry is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for both our St. Paul and Burnsville locations . If you're looking for a practice that values quality care, teamwork, and work-life balance, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments. Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive care. Take digital radiographs and intraoral images. Screen for periodontal disease and oral pathology. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when indicated. Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in patient records. Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care. Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with CDC and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications Current Minnesota Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with Open Dental is a plus but not required.
