What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Gentle Dentistry, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while working alongside a collaborative dental team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Performing prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Scaling and root planing when clinically appropriate Taking digital radiographs Completing periodontal charting and patient assessments Educating patients on oral health and home care Partnering with the dentist to support comprehensive patient care Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend Following OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and clinical safety standards Creating an exceptional experience for every patient What We're Looking For Current Minnesota Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Eligible and authorized to work in the United States A positive, patient-first attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Desire to work as part of a supportive team
