What You'll Do Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance Take and review dental X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Conduct oral cancer screenings and note findings for the dentist Chart patient records accurately using our practice management software Work closely with dentists and the front office team to ensure a smooth patient experience Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment What We're Looking For Active Minnesota RDH license (or eligibility to obtain one) Current CPR certification Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-first attitude Attention to detail and solid clinical technique Team player who thrives in a collaborative practice setting New graduates are encouraged to apply — experienced hygienists welcome too!
