What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienist, you will: Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, including cleanings and periodontal assessments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Take dental radiographs and complete other clinical services within your scope of practice Develop positive, lasting relationships with patients Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Work closely with the dentist, dental therapist, dental assistants, and other team members to provide exceptional patient care As a Dental Therapist, you will: Provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care within your scope of practice Perform examinations, treatment planning, and appropriate restorative procedures Provide patient education and preventive care Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate treatment recommendations to patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patients receive coordinated, high-quality care What We're Looking For Current Minnesota Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist license in good standing Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene or dental therapy program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Excellent attention to detail and organization A genuine interest in creating a positive experience for every patient Why Join Us?
