Dental Hygienist

Overview Join our dental team as a Dental Hygienist and become a vital contributor to patient health and well-being! In this role, you will provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral health practices, and support the overall efficiency of our dental practice. We are a smaller private office looking for team player. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Assist with medical imaging procedures like X-rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history and current health conditions to tailor care plans effectively. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information. Cleaning/setting up own room Missouri license is required.

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
