Your Role as a Dental Hygienist on our team: Ability to establish rapport with the patients through a warm and gentle chairside manner Exceptionally skilled in maintaining proper safety protocols for patients Proficient with patient screening procedures, such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of health history, oral cancer screening, and dental charting Partnering with dentist to instruct and educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment Focused on developing professionally within our practice vision Our Dental Hygiene Requirements include: Registered Dental Hygiene License in the state of Missouri (Required) Must have completed a Missouri Board‑approved local anesthesia course Experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply CPR/BLS Certification Experience with digital scanning technology is preferred. Proficiency in capturing high-quality intraoral and extraoral photographs is an asset. This is a
