Job Description

Dental Hygienist - Part-Time Duplin Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team in Beulaville, North Carolina. We are a patient-centered practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and other preventive dental procedures Conduct oral health assessments and screenings Take and develop dental radiographs Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement treatment plans Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Current North Carolina Dental Hygiene license Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program CPR certification Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency with dental software and digital radiography (preferred)
