Registered Dental Hygienist - URGENT

• Dr. Stephen Harward is a hygienist turned dentist! DUTIES
• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including: cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take dental x-rays (must be x-ray certified)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized oral care instructions
• Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in electronic dental records systems
• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and oral health screenings
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional comprehensive patient care

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid state dental hygiene license
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of dental systems and procedures
• Familiarity with dental coding for dental procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions Experience with Open Dental is preferred, but not required.

We are open Tuesday-Thursday from 8AM-5PM, Fridays from 8AM-2PM, with arrival time at 7:35AM.

Pay:

$52.00
