This is not simply a front-desk position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, understands dentistry, is comfortable discussing treatment and finances, and takes ownership of helping patients move from diagnosis through treatment. Our practice provides comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, implant and general dentistry, including larger and more complex treatment plans. The right person will be an important connection between our doctors, clinical team and patients. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Experienced in dentistry — dental office experience is strongly preferred Comfortable discussing treatment costs and larger financial decisions Warm, personable and able to quickly build trust with patients Organized and detail-oriented Confident without being pushy or "salesy" An excellent listener and communicator Comfortable answering questions and working through patient concerns Able to follow up consistently without making patients feel pressured Coachable and interested in continued learning A strong team player who is willing to jump in when needed Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Comfortable working in a busy, collaborative environment Experience presenting larger dental treatment plans is a significant plus. What You'll Do The Treatment Coordinator will help guide patients through the treatment-planning process from beginning to end.
