Dorion Dental Specialists is a fun, team-oriented and patient-centric dental practice looking for a skilled, patient-focused, dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist to join our team in our Chapel Hill! We are currently looking to add a

FULL-TIME

hygienist to help us out on Mondays through Thursdays. Our scheduled is 8:00am - 4:00pm. We are non-corporate dental office and patient care is our number one priority. Our dental software is DENTRIX. Job Requirements Provide exceptional customer service by making the patient the #1 priority. Be present, engaged and prepared. Address patients' questions and/or concerns regarding their oral health. Complete checklists as assigned and participate in daily huddles to ensure that every single day flows smoothly. Possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including conflict-resolution skills. Have strong organization, planning and analytical skills. Be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and learn programs as required. Be a problem-solver and self-starter. Have an excellent and positive attitude. Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance. Follow the organization's safety policies and procedures through OSHA compliance and BBP (Blood-borne Pathogens) federal regulations.
