THE ROLE

As our Treatment Coordinator, you're the heart of the patient experience. You'll be the welcoming face and reassuring voice that guides new patients from their very first consultation all the way to saying "yes" to their dream smile — and a key driver of our practice's growth. ─────────────────────────────────────────

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Exceptional verbal communication — you make people feel at ease immediately Warm, outgoing, people-first personality Dependable and organized with strong follow-through Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person ─────────────────────────────────────────

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Lead new patient consultations and present treatment options with confidence Build genuine relationships with patients and their families Manage scheduling, records, and case documentation Partner closely with our clinical team to deliver a seamless experience ─────────────────────────────────────────
